The Orange County Initial CCW Course is for following persons:

·        Applicants for the Orange County CCW Permit

·        Persons who have an intermediate or above skill with handgun and firearm safety. We DO NOT accept novice or beginner students into this course

·        Persons who can listen to, understand, and obey any given range commands

·        Students who can properly and safely operate a handgun

While we want all of our clients to be successful, we also want to meet our obligation as mentors in this program. If we have a client who may not be familiar with the operation of their firearm, or has a lack of safe firearm handling experience, we do not have time in this course for remedial training, and will be forced to dismiss the client from the course out of concern for safety.

For this course, you will need to bring with you the following:

·        Handgun appropriate for concealed carry

·        A holster that covers the trigger guard of your firearm, and is suitable for concealment (i.e. NO Serpa Holsters, No Sticky Holster, No Urban Carry Sleeve style holsters, No Collapsible or neoprene type holsters.

·        Eye and Ear Protection

·        250+ Rounds of ammunition

·        3+ Magazines
