F.A.S.T. O.C. Refund Policy

Firearms and Safety Training, Orange County, Inc. (F.A.S.T. O.C.) training courses are subject to limited spaces due to range limitations and our commitment to controlled instructor to student ratio in order to provide the best training possible.

                Therefore, all rescheduling or cancellations requests are subject to the following guidelines:

1.       All cancellations within 24 hours of registration receive a full refund, minus the stripe processing fee (2.9%+.30), or can be moved directly to another course without being wait-listed when the registration is more than 10 days prior to the course date.

2.       All cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled class date are subject to a refund for credit only.

3.       All reschedule requests within 14 days of the scheduled class date will be wait-listed for an open spot or credit.

4.       Any no call / no show to a course will result in no refunds or credit being offered.

5.       Multiple cancellations / reschedules: 2 cancellations / reschedules within 6 months will result in no refunds or credit being offered.

6.       F.A.S.T. O.C. reserves the right to decline refunds to students who, in its sole discretion, abuse the cancel/reschedule system.
