Self-Defense Training
(Predator specific)
Situational Awareness: teaching the mindset behind identifying threats before they become a danger to you and your family. This class will discuss the measures that need to be taken to protect your friends and family while out in public. We will talk about threat assessment, spacial awareness, and gut instinct.
5:30-7:30PM will be dedicated to the hands on portion of the class. We will demonstrate simple maneuvers for students to work on in the classroom and practice at home. These maneuvers do not all require a lot of movement or agility, but students are urged to only practice what they are comfortable with. Maneuvers taught will vary in difficulty levels.
